Advanced redirects
Click on the Redirects from the admin side main navigation or from the Redirects icon from the Dashoard page
Unlike Joomla!'s default "Redirects" system plugin, which only actually redirects when the old URL path does not exist (with a 404 status code), the redirect feature of Joomlab Admin can redirect at any time, regardless of whether the old path exists or not. This is extremely useful in many cases, especially beneficial for SEO.
You only need to enter the old URL path and the new URL that will replace it. When users visit the old URL, they will be automatically redirected to the new URL with the corresponding status code (301 by default, which is good for SEO).
Note that both the old and new URLs must be local URLs from your website. Any domain-related parameters will be automatically removed.
